It all began many years ago (1977) in a tiny shop with a small pan with our grandfather creating «George’s recipe» for the Caramelized Nuts and it continued in a bigger shop with a larger pan with our father creating «Constantine’s recipe» for the Sesame Nuts and the recipe creation is multiplying and continuing by our third generation with “Ilia’s upgraded recipes”, in a privαte owned area 10,000m² with fαcilities of 2,500m².
Our company Rizos Nuts S.A. with a presence for more than fifty years is the pioneer in producing caramelized nuts and caramelized sesame coated nuts, all
over the world. Our portfolio has expanded with the production of dark chocolate coated and multi flavoured chocolate coated products.
Our wide variety of Caramleized Nuts includes: Caramelized Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Pecans, Macadamias, Chickpeas, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds.Products ready for wholesalers and retailers.
Our products which are produced and packed in our premises, which have been granted with BRC – IFS- ISO2200 are exported to many countries around the world. Our retail packaging in our brand name “Rizos Nuts” or in “Private Label” is sold to many chain stores, supermarkets, and to many retail outlets.
For the Food Industry sector our Caramelized Croquant (Almond, Peanut, Hazelnut, Pecan, Macadamia) and our Caramelized Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds, is supplied and used for ice cream making, biscuit, cake manufacturing, to bakery, restaurant and chocolate manufacturers as well as to wholesalers for immediate consumption.
